Payment and tax

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. VAT invoices can be provided on request by PDF, will email to PayPal payment email address  (please check spam mail if not seen)


Our store opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm. Please give a minimum of 3 hours notice by emailing or telephone to arrange a collection.


If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us at {email} and we will issue a replacement item or will repair the item for you.

Unless otherwise state USED items come with 3 month return to base warranty, if an item is dead on arrival the return cost will be on us (the seller).  3 month return to base warranty, replacement item is sent out the same working day we received the return unit. No questions asked replacement services as long as the serial number matched sold records & no visible damage by wrong fitment or mishandling.

Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Rights Act & Distance Selling Act buyer have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund within 14 days. As an eBay Top-rated Gold power-seller we offer 30 days return, the buyer must pay return postage to return to seller. 

After 30 days, buyer will not be legally entitled to a full refund if item develops a fault or failed (this will cover by our warranty for replacement 90 days from the date delivered). If product develops a fault, the buyer is entitled to a replacement or a repair under our 90 days Return To Base Warranty (return to base postage covered by buyer, replacement item postage is covered by the seller). This right to a 30 days full refund doesn’t apply to products that are NEW and FACTORY SEALED. If items sold become faulty and beyond repair, seller has the right to offer a price reduction refund depending on usage and wear and tear of item returned under warranty period


Tracking detail will be provided on sold listing, please check with UPS or Parcelforce website.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer support. In the rare case there is a problem with a transaction please contact us directly at {email}. We will resolve the problem directly with you. If it damaged by the courier, or it doesn’t function as advertised we are more than happy to replace it and rectify the mistake.

We don’t reply to messages about pricing, collection, combined shipping ETC before purchase.
